U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was admitted to a hospital in Washington, D.C., where he was diagnosed with an infection.
Thomas was experiencing flulike symptoms when he was admitted to Sibley Memorial Hospital, according to the court’s public information officer Patricia McCabe. The justice, who is 73, is being treated with intravenous antibiotics.
