Consumer Class Action/Mass Tort Defense
Carmaker FCA US has retained Universal & Shannon to fend off a pending lawsuit alleging breaches of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. The complaint was filed Jan. 27 in California Northern District Court by Strategic Legal Practices on behalf of the purchasers of a 2013 Dodge Challenger.
