An Atlanta attorney has partnered with a D.C. litigator to generate a pipeline of diverse aspiring tech lawyers through their creation of a summer associate scholarship program.

Shayne O’Reilly, head of licensing and open source at Meta Platforms Inc., formerly known as Facebook, has teamed with former colleague Calvin Wingfield, an IP litigation partner at Goodwin, to create the HBCU IP/Tech Scholarship Program.
