The University of Alabama School of Law is launching a four-week cost-free Summer Scholars Program starting in May.

The Alabama Law Summer Scholars program is made possible by a $115,000 gift from the University of Alabama System’s McMahon-Pleiad Prize, the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation and 2003 Alabama Law alumnus Derrick Mills and his wife Tamesha Mills, Mark E. Brandon—Dean and Thomas E. McMillan Professor of Law at The University of Alabama School of Law—told Law.com on Friday.
