A nonprofit group that helps women of color learn the art of breastfeeding has won a right-to-work case against a Georgia law that would have put its members out of business.

After a reversal from the Georgia Supreme Court in 2020, the record has at last made its way back to the Fulton County State Court, where Judge Eric Dunaway has granted summary judgment in favor of Reaching Our Sisters Everywhere, known as ROSE.
