Goodwin Procter, which in 2021 had the busiest year of any firm with regard to M&A deal volume, saw a 32.8% jump in gross revenue and a 32.1% increase in net income, as its strategy focused on the “intersection of capital and innovation” apparently continues to pay off.

The firm saw its revenue jump from $1.49 billion in 2020 to $1.97 billion in 2021, while it’s net income went from $722 million to $954 million.
