Former Donald Trump lawyer Sidney Powell, in a bid to pause CLE sanctions against her and her legal team, accused a district court of being “bent on vengeance.”
In a filing Monday night, Powell defended first going to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to pause nonmonetary sanctions rather than the lower court where the disciplinary orders originated.
