The family of Halyna Hutchins—the cinematographer accidentally shot and killed on the set of the film “Rust”—filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Alec Baldwin, the film’s production companies and key members of the crew Feb. 15.

Last October, a revolver used as a prop gun for the film was accidentally discharged by Baldwin during a rehearsal at the Bonanza Creek Ranch in Bonanza Creek, New Mexico, according to media reports and the complaint.
