Three female graduate students sued Harvard University and the president and fellows of Harvard College on Tuesday in Massachusetts District Court over alleged sexual misconduct by a tenured professor in the Anthropology Department. The lawsuit, brought by Sanford Heisler Sharp, alleges that Harvard showed deliberate indifference to repeated complaints against the professor and accommodated a culture of sexism and abuse of power. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-10202, Czerwienski et al v. President and Fellows of Harvard College et al.
