Another corporate boutique law firm has opened for business in Paris, the latest in a spate of recent breakaways in the French capital.
The new firm, Oyat, starts life with 22 professionals, including five partners from Latournerie Wolfrom, a mid-sized business law firm founded in Paris in 1995.
