Law firm partners in London are overwhelmingly in favor of a return to the office following a period that many believe has damaged their institution’s culture and made it harder to retain staff.

With London workers expected to start returning to their offices this week following the end of working from home guidance by the government, a International poll of 59 senior U.K. industry practitioners found 68% feel remote working is damaging their firm’s culture.
