Martin, the first woman to serve in the top U.S. management role at Dentons, will lead the effort to grow in existing markets within the U.S., the firm said.

Bay Area litigator Sonia Martin has become the first woman to serve in the top seat for Dentons' U.S. operations, filling a U.S. CEO vacancy that was created in July 2021 when Mike McNamara resigned after a decade in the role.
