Cravath, Swaine & Moore, after 50 years of a straight lockstep compensation model, is moving to a modified lockstep system, according to a memo obtained by Law.com.
“Partnership has decided to make a change,” the memo said. “Cravath is moving to a modified lockstep compensation system at the partner level.”
