A lawsuit against a Virginia county was dismissed last week after laws preventing the All Muslim Association of America from developing a religious cemetery for person of the Islamic faith.
The Justice Department announced Thursday that it dismissed the Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act lawsuit against Stafford County because the county repealed ordinances that prevented the Muslim association to build a cemetery on a plot it purchased.
