Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer has lost two more partners from its London base to U.S. rival Kirkland & Ellis.
Partners Vincent Bergin and Keir MacLennan are leaving for the U.S. firm, according to two people with knowledge of the situation, where they will rejoin several former colleagues.
