As panicked vehicle owners across the country continue to wait in long queues induced by an unprecedented fuel crisis, the U.K. government is scrambling to remedy the situation.
Several reports indicate that the U.K. is short around 100,000 HGV drivers, prompted by a combination of pandemic issues and Brexit. With the driver shortage has come an epidemic of fuel delivery issues up and down the country.
