U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, who tested positive Thursday evening for COVID-19, will participate in the court’s oral arguments next week remotely from his home.
The court said earlier Friday that the justice, while testing positively and being fully vaccinated, was experiencing no symptoms. His wife and two daughters tested negative for the virus Thursday.
