Project Veritas filed a defamation lawsuit against Stanford University and the University of Washington Wednesday in Washington Western District Court. The court action, filed by Clare Locke and Ard Law Group, arises from a blog published by Election Integrity Partnership in September 2020 centering on a report published by Veritas regarding election integrity in Minneapolis. Veritas contends that the defendants falsely accused the organization of making claims with no factual basis and spreading election misinformation. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-01326, Project Veritas v. University of Washington et al.
