Plaintiffs who sued their insurance companies to recoup revenue lost due to COVID-19 are keeping a close watch on an upcoming appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
But courts have split on whether business interruption insurance suits that are still pending should be placed on hold until the appeal is decided.
