Lawyers at Greenberg Traurig on Wednesday removed a lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase to Illinois Northern District Court. The complaint was filed by Burke Burn & Pinelli on behalf of Jeff Manning, owner of online clothing store Abby Apples, who claims that an internal audit revealed that his business was charged for over 21,000 pieces of clothing that were never shipped. The case is 1:21-cv-04279, Manning v. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A.
