As some Georgia and Florida law firms plan to implement return-to-office initiatives for their employees starting in September and others apply different strategies, all remain flexible with many staffers preferring to work from home and rising COVID-19 cases bringing renewed caution, their leaders said.

Still, all the firms interviewed said returning to work at the office is paramount to developing their younger and newer talent.
