A Southern California judge has agreed to include only people who are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be jurors in a landmark legal malpractice lawsuit against Katten Muchin Rosenman.
Potential jurors will be asked their vaccination status on a written questionnaire, and attorneys for both sides will stipulate to excuse anyone who says they aren’t vaccinated.
