US Jury in Wisconsin Finds Walmart Liable for $125M in Disability Discrimination Case

A firing and Walmart's subsequent refusal to rehire the employee were directly connected to her disability, qualifying as breaches of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the jury found, according to EEOC officials.
