Online mortgage lender Rocket Mortgage was hit with a securities class action Tuesday in Michigan Eastern District Court alleging that the company failed to disclose unfavorable conditions that would adversely impact its profitability. The suit, filed by Pomerantz LLP and Bronstein, Gewirtz & Grossman, pursues claims on behalf of purchasers of Rocket Class A stock between Feb. 25 and May 5, 2021. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 2:21-cv-11618, Arent v. Rocket Companies, Inc. et al.
