The Appellate Division, First Department court has announced it will resume its traditional three-day-a-week slate of in-person oral arguments beginning with the Fall 2021 term.
The busy intermediate appellate court will also reserve as available, as it did traditionally before the coronavirus pandemic took grip last year, Fridays as an optional fourth day a week for in-person oral arguments when deemed necessary, the court’s announcement said.
