Mid-Tier Firms Tap Into Biggest Ever AIM Float

Jones Day and Simmons & Simmons have taken lead roles advising on the IPO of bathroom retailer Victorian Plumbing Group, in what was the largest ever float on London’s junior market.

The company debuted on the Alternative Investments Market (AIM) on Tuesday with a market capitalisation of £850 million, an announcement by the firm confirmed.
