When Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner personnel return to their workplaces starting Sept. 6, the firm said it will encourage them to spend the “majority” of their time at the office.

The global firm on Tuesday shared the back-to-office plan for its 30 offices on three continents, which is guided by five “working principles” that seek to balance the benefits stemming from being in an office environment with autonomy and flexibility. One striking element of the plan is that each office will designate a specific day of the week as a “team-up” day, on which everyone is encouraged to attend in the office.
