International law firms are increasingly setting up global cannabis practices and see Africa as a promising future market as the decriminalization of this controversial crop gathers momentum across the continent.
Eric Berlin, partner and head of global and U.S. cannabis sector groups at Dentons, who has 13 years experience in this area, said the firm has had over 100 lawyers working on some cannabis work over the past two years.
