French firm Fidal and German firm Luther have joined forces to operate as Unyer.
The firms announced on Wednesday that they have agreed the combination via a Swiss verein, which will have more than 2,000 lawyers and professionals in more than 10 countries across Europe and Asia and a turnover of more than €500 million, according to the statement.
