Former clients of Tom Girardi have filed a pair of lawsuits alleging that the embattled plaintiffs lawyer had pocketed millions of dollars from their trust accounts.

In complaints filed Tuesday in Girardi’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy case, the former clients insisted the founding partner of Girardi Keese told them he had invested their settlement funds to be safe.
