In-person jury trials in New Jersey courts have been pushed back to June 15 or later, due to an uptick in COVID-19 infections and hospitalizations, the judiciary said in a notice to the bar Monday.
The latest scheduling directive supersedes a notice calling for in-person jury trials to resume as soon as May 17.
