Yes, I previously said that there would be no Skilled in the Art this week, because I won’t be around on Friday. But then the Berkeley Center for Law and Technology and the Federal Circuit Bar Association put on a webinar called “Oral Advocacy at Its Finest: Hon. Kimberly Moore and Hon.
