After weathering last year’s pandemic-related shutdowns, Womble Bond Dickinson is seeking to downsize its office space as it expands its policy on remote working for lawyers and staff post-pandemic.

Womble US, headquartered in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, has embarked on an ambitious push to reduce its U.S. office space by up to 50%, to be carried out incrementally as its 18 U.S. office leases come up. For instance, the firm just reduced its Winston-Salem headquarters by a floor and its Washington, D.C., office by a half-floor.
