Jenner & Block, sensing opportunity for litigation arising out of the recession and pandemic, says it has assembled a financial services litigation practice that will not shy away from suing banks.

The firm this week said it is doubling down on a client profile that purposely lacks large financial institutions, marketing a team of more than a dozen partners to handle restructurings, monitorships and other financial regulatory proceedings stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
