Former Texas Solicitor General Scott Keller has left his position as the head of Baker Botts’ Supreme Court practice to start a complex litigation-focused boutique firm in Washington, D.C.

Keller and new firm partner Steven Lehotsky, who worked as executive vice president and chief litigation counsel for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 2013, announced the formation of Lehotsky Keller this week.
