New York Attorney General Letitia James sued Morgan Lewis and attorney Sheri Dillon alongside the Trump Organization and Eric Trump in August, seeking to compel them to comply with subpoenas tied to a broader investigation into whether the former president and his businesses inflated the value of an estate in Westchester County. A New York state court judge on Tuesday ordered the firm to hand over a set of “nonprivileged” documents and said a review of other material was continuing.
