President Joe Biden is set to sign a number of executive orders during his first day in office, which are poised to impact a number of pending federal lawsuits challenging Trump-era policies across the nation.

Biden’s orderswhich are expected to continue to take place over the coming weekswill seek to end a number of high-priority items for former President Donald Trump, like construction of the wall on the southern border and the block on undocumented immigrants from being included in the population count used to determine how many congressional seats each state will received.
