Intellectual property boutique Meunier Carlin & Curfman has elected its first female managing partner, Meredith Struby, to lead the firm at a time when it’s rethinking its approach to hiring and recruiting.

Struby led the 32-attorney firm’s diversity and inclusion efforts before her election to managing partner, effective Jan. 1, succeeding one of the co-founders, Chris Curfman, for a two-year term.
