In addition to closing for the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday Jan. 18, Atlanta’s Municipal Court and the court clerk’s offices in Fulton and DeKalb counties are also suspending or limiting operations Jan. 19 and 20 over fears of potential unrest or violence linked to the Jan. 20 presidential inauguration.

In Fulton County, all county offices and facilities will be closed all three days except for the courts, which will remain open to the public but have suspended all in-person hearings until Jan. 21.
