The House of Representatives on Wednesday voted to impeach President Donald Trump for the second time, a historic vote held one week after a violent pro-Trump mob stormed the Capitol in an attempt to disrupt the certification of President-elect Joe Biden’s election win.

The 232-197 vote, in which 10 Republicans joined Democrats in finding Trump incited violence against another branch of government, presents Trump with an ugly first: He’s not just the only president, but the only federal officer to ever be impeached twice.
