In another departure for midsize firm McKool Smith, litigator Gayle Klein has joined Schulte Roth & Zabel in New York City as the latter firm looks to build out its fund litigation practice through 2021.
Klein joins as co-chair of the firm’s litigation practice, where she will work alongside fellow co-chairs Peter White and Michael Swartz. At Texas-based McKool Smith, Klein was co-chair of the firm’s financial litigation group as well as a member of the executive committee.
