A former assistant general counsel at Pittsburgh-based Arconic Corp. has sued the company, alleging retaliation for taking time off to recover from COVID-19 and requesting to work remotely from Slovenia.
Daniel Burbach filed his second amended complaint against the company Monday. He initially filed his complaint in May in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
