I will not present a side here because there isn't a "good" side to take. In my opinion, there aren't even "sides" as much as multifaceted issues at play.
When seeing the news last week regarding University of California at Berkeley Law Dean Erwin Chemerinsky, two things came to mind. The first one being propaganda. The second thing: time and place.
Drinking alcohol is prevalent in so many shows and movies—especially law dramas—but it rarely appears as a content or trigger warning even though substance abuse or alcohol use are typically paired with "mental health" when discussing wellness.
