Federal judges for the Northern District of Georgia are set to meet soon to decide whether jury trials can be conducted safely, nearly nine months since the pandemic closed down most in-person proceedings.
Jim Hatten, the court’s top clerk and chief executive, told the Daily Report that “our plans and preparations are proceeding well” to resume jury trials as early as next month.
