Australian law firm HWL Ebsworth has called off its proposed initial public offer due to lack of interest from fund managers, according to reports.

The firm’s 184 equity partners were to share in cash and shares worth A$387 million ($285 million) after the float, but the Australian Financial Review reported it had been called off on Nov. 26 after brokers failed to interest fund managers.
