It appears that a shorter, online bar exam isn’t necessarily an easier bar exam.
The first-time pass rate for Florida’s first-ever remote bar exam, given in October, was 71.7%. That’s down slightly from the 73.9% who passed the July 2019 bar exam on their first try. However, the two tests are not comparable.
