Two attorneys with ties to Delaware’s legal community have been named to Joe Biden’s Department of Justice transition team, including the current state Department of Justice’s second in command and a former chief of staff for Beau Biden when he served as state attorney general.
Alexander Mackler and Teresa Mason are among the 29 attorneys Biden, the first president-elect from Delaware, has selected to prepare for his administration to begin in January.
