The legal arm of Big Four accountant Deloitte has made a major push in the U.K., it announced on Tuesday, with the acquisition of U.K. technology specialist firm Kemp Little.
The Big Four professional services giant will take on all 29 partners from Kemp Little, as well as around 57 additional lawyers in a deal expected to be complete next quarter, a Deloitte spokesperson added.
