Fisher Phillips will fully restore withheld pay for its salaried lawyers and staff at the end of October, after earlier lifting pay reductions it had instituted in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the national labor and employment firm’s chairman, Roger Quillen, said in an email to the Daily Report.

The firm also anticipates releasing to partners earnings previously withheld from their monthly draws. It will do so “incrementally between now and Dec. 31,” Quillen said.
