Kessler & Solomiany, one of Atlanta’s largest family law firms, has built a courtroom in its downtown office space as an alternative to braving Georgia courthouses during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The firm anticipates the new courtroom to be in demand. In the long term, the pandemic could spark greater usage of private judges for safety’s sake in family law cases, said Randy Kessler, the 15-lawyer firm’s founder.
